Festival of Motors is a community-focused fundraising event organised by SARS Cymru, bringing together vehicles of every shape and size for an exciting day celebrating motoring, agriculture, local businesses and rural communities.
Whether you’re passionate about classic vehicles, modified cars, motorcycles, heavy haulage, tractors or agricultural machinery, Festival of Motors aims to bring everyone together for an unforgettable day.
But this event is about much more than vehicles. We’re creating opportunities for local businesses, farmers and independent traders to showcase what they do, while raising essential funds for community safety and resilience projects across Wales.

One inclusive price for a full day of motoring, machinery and community. Public admission contributes to a SARS Cymru community response vehicle.
These are the only entry prices confirmed. No concessions, child tickets or driver admission policies have been set. Vehicle registration opens soon.
Festival of Motors raises funds for two distinct SARS Cymru objectives. Each income stream is kept separate and clearly identified.
Every £5 public admission fee contributes towards professionally marking and identifying a SARS Cymru community response vehicle, supporting the organisation’s visibility and readiness when assisting communities across Wales.
All vehicle exhibitor entry fees are designated towards SARS Cymru’s Operation Blackout initiative, which focuses on power cut preparedness, electricity outages and helping communities become more resilient when essential power supplies are disrupted.
Applicable event expenses and payment processing costs will be accounted for transparently. Gross receipts are not all available for project spending.

We are exploring arrangements for designated vehicle parking until 21:00, allowing visitors to enjoy the festival and the local area.
Local businesses: register your interest in joining the festival.
